Tutorial and Guest Post Submissions
Do you have a great idea for a blog post? Would like to generate added exposure for yourself and your website or blog? DIY Chic Home is currently accepting tutorial and guest post submissions. It’s a great way to get your name in front of a large community of readers.
Please read the requirements and guidelines below before you submit a guest post.
Subject: The post must be useful to the readers of this blog. The subject must pertain to home decorating, especially vintage, repurposed, or chic styles.
Content: Guest posts must be original and must not have been published elsewhere. If you have submitted the same post to other sites for consideration, please state that in the email. Preference will be given to quality posts with at least 250 words which meet the all requirements. The post must be grammatically correct and well-written.
Links: There must be no marketing links within the post. You may include a brief author’s bio (approximately 3 sentences) with links to your website, blog or store which will be published at the end of the guest post.
Photos: The post must contain at least one photo (see copyright disclaimer below) sized at least 300 by 450 pixels horizontal or vertical.
Disclaimer: By submitting content to DIY Chic Home you must own the copyright to all content and photos or have express permission from the copyright owner to submit them. DIY Chic Home is not liable for any copyright claims from the true owner or anyone else.
Response: Due to the high volume of guest posts that are received, I CANNOT guarantee that you will be notified if your guest post is accepted and published on DIY Chic Home. Please check back periodically to to see if/when your guest post is published. Do not send a follow up email regarding your submission. Inquiries related to publishing will not be answered. This is a standard policy and answers to your questions can be found above. If you are still in doubt, then do not submit your post.
